withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the
day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products

trade practice that we do not offer refunds in the case of digital, or

Our company policy is to always do the very best we can to aid our customers
in achieving the best possible return through the use of our services,
products and / or software. We therefore reserve the right to change alter
or withdraw any promotion, service or program feature as we see fit, to help
achieve this goal for our members. In the event this ever means the complete
withdrawal of a particular individual service you have subscribed to, an
alternative deemed suitable by us of equal value will be made available to
you. We do not however in these circumstances ever provide refunds, and your
purchase is therefore deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
No claim whatsoever can be made against RaceXpert for any losses incurred
from installing or using the software, database, ratings, advice or
associated files. Gambling can be a form of entertainment if handled with
the right attitude. A good approach is to aim to win but to also be prepared
to lose - and lose only the amount you planned to risk on that day. In other
words, you have to accept the fact that you cannot force a winning outcome,
you cannot win every time and past performance is not a guarantee of future
